We do not have a minimum order requirement, so you can order as many or as few meals as you like through our “Customize Your Order” option.
Our meals are prepared to stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. You can also freeze meals and store for up to 3 months.
You can choose which meals you’d like from the current menu, how many, and which size you would like. We do not offer substitutions or alterations of ingredients, or custom macros.
You can order single meals without subscribing to a plan. We offer both subscription options for regular customers or “customize your order” and “packages” for one-time order flexibility.
Choose from three convenient pickup locations when checking out: Centerville (Qure Studio), Farmington (Lift at Station Park), and Riverton (The HitFit Gym). Your ordered meals will be ready for pickup on the Tuesday following your order placement from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Our meals can be easily reheated in a microwave. We recommend heating for 1-minute increments to your desired temperature. You can also use an oven or stove if preferred.
Yes, we provide calorie counts, macronutrients, and ingredients for all our meals. You can find these posted with our menus each week and labeled on each meal.
Our meals are designed to be nutritionally and macro balanced. They can easily fit into many different health goals and diets. This allows you to cater our meals to your specific health goals.
Yes, you can easily manage your subscription through your account on our website. You can skip a week or cancel your subscription at any time before the cutoff date for the upcoming delivery.
